Should it be okay to shoot and kill a burglar trying to break into your home?
As far as not being charged for murder, is it okay for self defense purposes?
Just so you know, in some places it’s already legal and other places it isn’t. I agree that it should be legal to kill to defend a person (including yourself of course) and if you happen to be home when the burgler is home obviously killing the burgler is self defense. So yes, I think it should be legal.
